技術名稱: 隨身型模組化心肺生理功能監測系統

技術簡介

本技術所研發的三參數隨身型心肺生理監測系統,可監測肺音、血氧濃度及體溫,對於居家生理監測可提供更多的肺部生理資訊供醫護人員參考以施與確切的治療。以肺音信號監測為例,可用來偵測氣喘發作之異常肺音,根據保守估計,全世界至少有一億五千萬名氣喘患者。在台灣約有230萬人為氣喘族,平均約每 100 個人中,就有 5-10個是氣喘的患者,報導顯示,美國有超過一千萬名美國人罹患了這種疾病,而台灣每年有1500人死於氣喘。氣喘發作時若是沒有適當的醫護是會有致命的危險,對居家氣喘病患或是住院病患,此系統可以偵測到氣喘的發作而發出警訊喚醒病患及其家人或醫護人員來給予最適當的照護以免氣喘持續惡化而有致命的危險。而血氧濃度生理參數可用來評估肺部氣體交換情形,體溫參數則可來偵測是否有發炎狀況(發燒反應)。此三種生理信號與參數可監測大部份的肺部疾病,對於肺部疾病病患的居家照護有相當大的幫助。

Abstract

The three-parameter portable cardiopulmonary physiological monitoring system developed by the technology can monitor lung sound, blood oxygen concentration and body temperature, and can provide more physiological information of the lungs for home physiological monitoring for medical staff to refer to for precise treatment. Taking lung sound signal monitoring as an example, it can be used to detect abnormal lung sounds of asthma attacks. According to conservative estimates, there are at least 150 million asthma patients worldwide. About 2.3 million people in Taiwan are asthmatic, and about 5-10 out of every 100 people are asthmatic. Reports show that more than 10 million Americans in the United States suffer from this disease, and Taiwan has 1,500 people died of asthma. If there is no proper medical care during asthma attacks, there is a fatal danger. For patients with asthma or hospitalized patients, this system can detect the onset of asthma and send a warning to wake up the patient and his family or medical staff. The most appropriate care to prevent the asthma from worsening and is fatal. The physiological parameters of blood oxygen concentration can be used to assess the gas exchange in the lungs, and the body temperature parameters can be used to detect whether there is an inflammatory condition (fever reaction). These three physiological signals and parameters can monitor most of the lung diseases and are of great help to the home care of patients with lung diseases.

1.可攜式 3 channel 量測裝置,約10*10*3 (cm) 2.可攜式 1 channel/三參數 量測裝置,約10*7*5 (cm) 3.量測 sound/SpO2/BT 三種生理訊號 4.單一標準插槽與共用匯流排 5.生理信號無線傳輸,10公尺以上。 6.床邊分析儀,具有記錄、即時分析、離線三種工作模式。
