技術簡介

軟性面板產品逐漸步上商業化軌道，軟性面板製程的核心技術需搭配材料、設備與製程相輔相成。工研院開發革新製程的Roll-to-Roll（R2R）輕量化生產技術，符合超薄可撓基板的輕、薄、大面積、節能環保製造需求，建立超薄可撓玻璃R2R生產傳輸系統，提供產業完整解決方案。

Abstract

The Roll-to-Roll (R2R) Manufacture Technology, newly developed by ITRI, fulfills the specialties of flexible substrates in being light weight, ultra-thin, large size, and energy saving during the manufacturing processes. A pilot line, combining materials, equipment, and process integration, has been established based on this R2R processed on ultra-thin glass substrate.

Technical Specification

The traits of ultra-thin glass include flexibility and high penetration rate. The application of R2R Production Technology to the product manufacturing process can achieve the objective of reducing carbon emissions.

2011年打造全球唯一三台卷對卷傳輸製造設備，為業界所望塵莫及，截至現在設備可傳送50um~100um的超薄玻璃及超薄基板，目前已成功技轉台灣五家設備商
