技術名稱: 複合式雷射光源系統

技術簡介

整合光纖雷射光源與固態放大器技術,解決傳統雷射訊號於光纖中傳輸容易產生非線性效應,以及能量集中容易損毀問題,並搭配固態放大器之優勢使雷射系統可高能量輸出,此雷射系統同時具備光纖之穩定性與固態放大器高能雷射輸出,可應用於陶瓷、碳纖維等材料。

Abstract

Integrating fiber laser light source and large core amplifier technology to solve the problem that the traditional laser signal is easy to generate nonlinear effects in the fiber, and high density energy is easily damaged, and the advantages of the large core amplifier enable the laser system to output high pulse energy. The system also has the stability of fiber and high pulse energy laser output of large core amplifier, which can be applied to ceramics, carbon fiber and other materials.

技術特色

國內自製高功率連續式光纖雷射源,最大輸出功率可達1000W,單模光纖輸出,光纖長度可達10公尺,全機水冷保護。光纖雷射源搭配三軸移動式龍門切割裁床,可適用於碳鋼、不銹鋼、鋁板材、銅板材切割。雷射加工面積為3.0*1.5/1.3*1.2公尺(二擇一)。
