技術名稱: 雙噴頭熔融沉積3D列印技術

技術簡介

具備雙入料單擠出噴頭、噴頭與大面積成型底床恆溫控制與嵌入式系統整合等特色。

Abstract

ITRI’s FDM 3D printer has good characteristics, including the single nozzle with dual material extrusion, well temperature adjustment of the nozzle and the large-scale molding bed, precise motion control integrated with a compact embedded system.

技術特色

雙噴頭熔融沉積3D列印技術採用生物可分解玉米材質膠條材料(PLA) ,透過工研院自主研發雙入料單擠出噴頭技術,可於列印過程中降低材料交互汙染機率,結合切層軟體與製程控制,將兩種列印膠條加熱熔融擠壓,分別沉積在可溫控列印底板上,層層堆積成雙色或異質材料3D物件。
