技術名稱: 積層製造製程模擬參數預測技術

技術簡介

自主粉床式積層製造製程模擬技術,可預前模擬有效縮小參數開發範圍,並可提供製程參數修改參考,大幅提高新材料開發效率。積層製造熱/殘留應力的風險評估與提供客戶有關產品的反饋設計,可依市場不同性能需求,快速提供相關設計方案。

Abstract

In-house process simulation for powder bed fusion technology, it can help to narrow down the optimal process-parameter window with numerical prediction, and further increase the efficiency of determining the process parameters for new materials.Risk assessment of the residual thermal stress in SLM process predicts the potential failures in the manufacturing process, designers will re-design a better solution in a short time according to the feedback information.
