技術簡介

發展高性價比之快速平價金屬複合3D列印技術,將開發(1)材料模擬設計,建立特殊的金屬-高分子複合材料配方,透過(2)高速擠出平台進行金屬材料塗布列印,再以(3)雷射光熱進行塗布後的同步燒結,『列印即燒結』提供更有效率的金屬3D列印技術

Abstract

developing a high-quality and fast metal 3D printer with low price, the items needed to be developed are: 1. Material compound simulation: to investigate the special formula of the metal-polymer compound. 2. Fast extrusion mechanism: to quickly extrude the material compound on the building platform. 3. Laser heating system: to sinter the ready material compound simultaneously. “direct forming with in-situ sintering” technology provide a more efficient metal 3d printing service
