技術簡介

採用[去中心化公鑰管理之病歷授權加密技術]，透過病人個人授權，以醫師公鑰加密病歷，傳遞至區塊鏈授權機制下的共用資料庫，實踐由鏈上智慧合約進行鏈下資料蒐集/處理/利用的管理

Abstract

It adopts the “Decentralized public key management and authorization technique”. The patients could sign the e-informed consent smart contract, then encrypts the health information through the physician’s public key and deposits the encrypted document into the cross-enterprise temporary repository. The authorized physician could access and decrypt the encrypted health information by using their private key. This technique achieves the health information management through the decentralized blockchain.
