技術名稱: 青光眼視神經損傷量化技術

技術簡介

本技術採用CNN-based AutoEncoder為技術基礎,輔助判斷一張眼底影像具有青光眼的可能性,同時提供視神經損傷狀態給專業醫療人員參考。

Abstract

This technique is developed by applying CNN-based AutoEncoder on the analysis of fundus image for Glaucoma. It provides both the possibility of having glaucoma and the condition of the retinal nerve fiber layer defect in fundus image, which is valuable to medical professionals.

技術特色

本技術已具有技術雛型,針對青光眼輔助判讀之敏感度為97.20%、特異性則為91.67%,而視神經損傷位置判斷之準確率76.65%。在提供彩色眼底影像後,系統便會分析其具有青光眼的可能性以及提供該眼底影像中的視神經損傷區域。
