技術簡介
本技術主要探討高溫燃料電池系統之熱平衡分析及熱箱模組之設計分析,其中25kW之組件與系統分析模組平台,可作為關鍵熱傳/燃料供應、核心組件模塊參數與性能設計;依據系統模擬平台之熱平衡分析結果,開發本土化關鍵組件-後燃燒器與熱交換器模擬設計與製作,燃燒器出口可提供熱平衡所需之循環熱源,以及完成換熱率大於80%之熱交換器;除此之外,亦建置測試平台之電控系統建置,作為高溫燃料電池系統模組測試驗證平台。
Abstract
This technology is about analysis of thermal equilibrium and key module design for a high temperature fuel cell system. Herein, a simulated platform that has the ability to analyze high temperature fuel cell system and 25 kW heat components. The 25kW heat components in a hot box is established and demonstrated for a 25kW SOFC system. This proposed platform can calculate heat transfer of the mass flow and the parameters of core-modules within the proposed system. As the simulated results, the key components, such as burner and heat exchanger, can be designed and fulfilled the prototype fabricated. The burner can provide the heat sources for the systemic heat recycling, and the proposed heat exchanger can display over 80% of the heat exchanged efficiency. Eventually, the heat components could be demonstrated the performances under a measuring equipment by self-establishment.
