技術名稱: 多岐道高溫燃料電池發電系統控制技術模組開發

技術簡介

本技術主要開發多岐道高溫燃料電池系統於多運轉控制狀態模組,其中以控制多顆高溫燃料電池系統為核心控制技術,依據不同高溫燃料電池操作需求與系統熱平衡分析之結果,開發多岐道控制策略與控制模組,其目的在於降低系統運轉過程中,各個電堆之間溫度差,並且提升電堆操作彈性,使電池性能提升。

Abstract

This technology is about development of operation control module for multi stacks of high-temperature fuel cell system, wherein the main aim and core control technology are control plurality of high-temperature fuel cell systems; The control strategy is based on the high-temperature fuel cell operation demand and the system analysis results by thermodynamic to develop multi stack control modules, the aim is to reduce the temperature gradient between the multi stacks during the operation of the system, and increase the flexibility of the stack operation to improve the system performance.

技術規格

本技術是針對固態氧化物燃料電池(Solid oxide fuel cell, SOFC)系統於多岐道下之控制模組開發,技術內容包含熱力學平衡分析、系統架構與操作控制模組。

Technical Specification

The present technology develops the control module of the solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) power system with manifold flow branches. By this technology, the SOFC system can be operated under thermal equilibrium with a high energy efficiency.

技術特色

1. 提出一個應用於固態氧化物燃料電池多岐道系統之熱力平衡模型。 2. 設計一個控制模組針對SOFC多岐道系統進行運轉控制,提升系統操作彈性與電堆間溫度差異。 3. 前期分析多電堆系統內所有熱平衡分析與電堆間溫度梯度差異及預期效應。

傳統電廠、大型化工廠、畜牧業、石化業、煉鋼等發電與能源相關產業。
