技術名稱: 太陽能電池及其電極結構

技術簡介

新型電極設計包含了橫向鋁柵線電極取代全面鋁的背電極可雙面吸收太陽光;與橫向鋁柵線相互連接之輔助柵電極設計可增進載子之蒐集率與結構因子優化、增進PERC電池之光電轉換效率。

Abstract

A back electrode structure of bifacial solar cell according to the present invention is provided, which includes a plurality of main grid lines and a plurality of auxiliary grid lines. The new electrode designs enhanced PERC solar cell current density (Jsc) and fill factor (F.F.) results a cell efficiency improvement.

技術規格

輔助電極設計更符合二維對稱結構,增進電流蒐集與結構因子,提升PERC電池轉換效率≧0.2%。
