技術簡介
藉由模擬計算PERC結構參數與光學特性進行細匯流排太陽電池技術製程開發與整合,包含細匯流排太陽電池元件模擬、多層鈍化層、抗反射層、正面電極製程、選擇性射極、摻硼之背鋁表面場、12BB細匯流排與背面電極圖案設計、電池製程優化整合與模組穩定性等,達到提升電池效率大於22%與模組通過規範IEC61215的目的。
Abstract
According to the simulation calculation of PERC structural parameters and optical characteristics to develop the process and integration of fine-line busbar solar cell technology, which including device design with fine-line busbar, multi-layer passivated layers, anti-reflection layers, 12BB front electrode process, selective emitter, boron-doping back surface field, back electrode pattern design, cell process integration and module stability, etc.. It was achieved that the cell efficiency exceed more than 22% and module was verified by IEC 61215.
技術規格
表面反射率≦5%且鈍化區域(J0e)≦60 fA/cm2,電池效率≧22%,模組通過IEC 61215之測試。
