技術名稱: 工業先進控制軟體方案

技術簡介

控制系統用以維持工業製程的生產條件,控制優劣將影響產品品質與能源使用。工業先進控制軟體方案包含兩類應用技術:(1)控制迴路性能評估、控制器參數調諧、全廠擾動源追溯等技術,可以維持和提升既有控制系統的性能,(2)系統識別、模型預測控制等技術,透過導入高階控制系統來改善製程單元或公用系統的產能、品質和能耗。

Abstract

The control system is used to maintain the production conditions of the industrial process, and the control will affect the product quality and energy use. The industrial advanced control software solution includes two types of application technologies: (1) control-loop performance assessment, controller parameter tuning, and plant-wide disturbance tracing technologies, which can maintain and increase the performance of existing control systems, and (2) system identification and model predictive control technologies, which can improve the productivity, quality, and energy consumption of process units or utility systems by introducing advanced control systems.

技術規格

(1)控制迴路性能評估技術:自動挑選所需的控制迴路分析數據;提供多項評估指標包含操作員行為、致動器性能、控制性能、迴路震盪、閥黏滯等;提供當下控制迴路的可能問題診斷建議。 (2)控制迴路進階分析技術:提供串級控制、高階控制等進階分析。 (3)控制器參數調諧技術:具備資料前處理、系統模型識別、控制器參數優化搜尋等功能,滿足PID控制器對於設定點追隨與擾動消除的設計需求。 (4)全廠擾動源追溯技術:具備控制迴路分群、多種的擾動源拓樸建立、擾動源拓樸資訊融合等分析功能,提供可能的擾動迴路根源。 (5)系統識別技術:具備轉移函數和狀態空間兩種線性動態模型的系統識別功能,輸出檔案採用標準的XML格式。 (6)模型預測控制技術:提供MPC最佳化演算法,透過識別出的動態系統模型搭配製程控制目標及限制條件,定期輸出最佳設定點或操作值。 (7)其他:由既有技術和專利所組合成的應用技術。

Technical Specification

(1) Control loop performance assessment technology: automatically choose the required dataset for control-loop analysis; provide multiple assessment indices including operator behavior, actuator performance, control performance, loop oscillation, valve stiction, etc.; provide diagnosis and suggestions for the possible problem of the current control loop. (2) Control-loop advanced analysis technology: Provides advanced analysis of cascade control and advanced process control. (3) Controller parameter tuning technology: It has the functions of data pre-processing, system identification, controller parameter optimization search, etc., to meet the design requirements of PID controller for reference tracking and disturbance rejection. (4) The plant-wide disturbance trace technology: It has the analysis function of control loop grouping, multiple disturbance topologies establishment, the information fusion of different disturbance topologies etc., and can suggest possible root cause of the disturbance. (5) System identification technology: Identifying a class of linear systems with transfer functions and state space models, and the output file in standard XML format. (6) Model predictive control technology: Provides the MPC optimization algorithm, and periodically outputs the optimal setpoint or operation value through the identified model of dynamic system and the process control target and constraints. (7) Other: Application technology combined with existing technologies and patents.
