技術名稱: 全廠擾動源追溯技術

技術簡介

引發工廠控制迴路震盪型擾動的因素很多,如控制器參數調整不當、閥件磨損、外部干擾都有可能使迴路產生擾動,而當全廠性擾動發生時,由於迴路眾多且成因不明,常無法即時有效處置。全廠擾動源追溯技術的目的在於如何快速而有效地從眾多震盪的迴路中找出引發擾動的可能源頭,並於鎖定問題迴路後再由工程人員進行測試與診斷,找出確切原因。

Abstract

There are many factors that cause factory control loop oscillation disturbances, such as improper adjustment of controller parameters, wear of valve parts, and external disturbances, which may cause disturbances in the loop. When plant-wide disturbances occur, they often cannot be processed immediately because of the numerous loops and unknown causes. The purpose of the disturbance source tracing method is to find out the source of the disturbance quickly and efficiently from many oscillating loops, and after the problem loop is highlighted, the engineering personnel carries out testing and diagnosis to find out the exact root cause.

技術規格

(1)控制迴路的震盪識別:利用震盪指標識別有震盪現象的控制迴路。 (2)控制迴路自動分群:基於分群演算法,將震盪迴路依據震盪頻率特性進行分群。 (3)迴路間的拓樸建立:以多個單一建立拓樸的方法,依據迴路群的數據建立其拓樸關係。 (4)多個拓樸的最佳資訊融合:依照獨特技術結合多個方法來源產生的拓樸資訊,得到融合後的最適拓樸。 (5)建議擾動根源候選者:依照最適拓樸,找出可能的擾動根因。

1) Control loop oscillation identification: Use oscillation index to identify the control loop with oscillation 2) Control loops grouping automatically: Based on the clustering algorithm, the oscillating loops are effectively grouped according to the characteristics of the oscillating frequency. 3) Topology establishment between loops: Establishing its topology based on the data of loop groups in multiple single topology creation methods 4) The best information fusion of multiple topologies: According to the unique technology and topology generated by multiple method sources, one optimal topology is obtained 5) Suggestion of the loop candidate: In accordance with the optimum topology, identify possible root causes of the disturbance
