技術名稱: 控制迴路進階分析技術

技術簡介

蒐集製程資料自動分析控制迴路之效能表現,提供進階的關鍵指標,工程人員可即時監測迴路狀態,並從中再進一步發掘可能的潛在問題。

Abstract

Collect process data to automatically analyze the performance of the control loops, provide advanced key indices, and engineers can instantly monitor the loop status and further explore potential problems.

技術規格

(1) 一般關鍵指標包含操作員行為、致動器性能、控制性能指標、震盪指標、閥黏滯指標、綜合指標等。 (2) 進階關鍵指標包含控制迴路穩定速度、感測器雜訊程度等

Technical Specification

(1) General key indices including operator behavior, actuator performance, control performance, loop oscillation, valve stiction, and overall assessment index. (2) Advanced key indices including control-loop settling speed, sensor noise level, etc.
