技術名稱: CPS機械設備管理殼軟體技術

技術簡介

本技術將從設備導出之配置數據(PLCopen & AutomationML),轉換為OPC UA數據,具有結構化和可理解的格式,從而為監控和控制系統的自動配置及其可視化提供所有相關信息。將使得機械和設備製造商可以顯著減少初始啟動的時間和成本,並且減少人為失誤。

Abstract

This technology converts machine configuration data(EX: PLCopen & AutomaitonML) into well-structured and understandable OPC UA format, providing users all relevant information about the machine itself and also providing a convenient monitoring method for it. This will allow machinery and equipment manufacturers to significantly reduce the time and cost of initial startup and reduce human error.
