技術名稱: Robot inside五軸控制器

技術簡介

整合銑削與機械手臂於一套控制器內,以多核心多系統全數位網路伺服控制器為中心,同時控制綜合加工中心機與機械手臂等兩個系統,免去雙控制器通訊配線與資料交握的程序,達到簡化硬體構裝與高可靠度連線,且提供一鍵切換操作頁面,提供使用者快速有效操作工具機與機械手臂。

Abstract

Combine CNC and Robot in one controller for controlling two systems simultaneously for one machine center and one robot due to the multi-system controller with all-digital network servo control. Simply the wiring and data handling procedures between two controllers to simply hardware assembly and increase highly reliability connection. Easily and efficiently to switch HMI for CNC or Robot with one-touch.

技術規格

機器人控制內建於工具機控制器,支援三種正交與非正交構型五軸加工機(刀具旋轉型、工作台旋轉型、混合型),具備刀具中心點控制、刀尖點平滑控制、刀具姿態控制、公差指定控制、六種傾斜面導引加工(尤拉角、RPY、三點、兩向量、投影角與刀軸向定平面)、工件設置誤差量測與補償、旋轉軸機構誤差量測與補償、3D刀具長度補正、3D刀具半徑補正、3D虛擬刀軸進退刀、3D切削模擬、3D線上干涉檢查與對話式五軸運動機構鏈人機介面模組設定等多項功能

Technical Specification

Combine CNC and Robot in one controller for controlling two systems simultaneously for one machine center and one robot that supported three types orthogonal(RRTTT、RTTTR、TTTRR) and non-orthogonal(RTTR) machine configurations, tool center point control, smooth tool center point control, tool posture control, tilted working plane machining(Eular angle, RPY, three-point tow-vector, Project angle Tool vector), rotary axes error measurement and compensation, workpiece setting error measurement and compensation, thermal growth compensation along tool vector and dialogue setting for 5-Axis kinematic chain module.

技術特色

開發國產五軸CNC控制器,同時可控制五軸工具機與六軸關節型機械手臂,將銑削工具機與機械手臂的控制整合於一套控制器內,支援正交型與非正交型五軸工具運動學,並以單節預覽結合五軸同動插補前加減速運動控制,支援刀具中心點控制與刀具姿態控制,實現高速高精等高階控制切削機能。
