技術簡介

多系統車銑複合控制技術,具三刀塔雙主軸加工控制技術(全數位15軸三系統控制),可應用在高階的三系統的機型,可同時分別執行三個加工程式、等待M碼,主軸交換控制、同動加工、混合控制、重疊加工、加工等先進之多系統應用製程機能。控制平台具備EtherCAT 全數位伺服馬達及主軸配套解決方案,相容性高,支援參數即時調變。Windows 開放式人機界面,客製化加值應用開發容易

Abstract

Multi-system turn-mill multi-tasking controller technology, with 3 turrets and twin spindles control technology(fully digital 15 axes control), and the three programs can be executed separately at the same time, , waiting M code, spindle exchange control, synchronous control, composite control, superimposed control, etc. The control platform is equipped with Total solution for EtherCAT digital servo motor and spindle. It has high compatibility and supporting real time parameter adjustments. Windows open human-machine interface, users can customize the value-added application software.

多系統車銑複合控制器技術規格:與FANUC相容G碼,EtherCAT通訊介面,使用運動人機雙核心系統,Windows XP embedded作業係統,INtime即時控制軟體,伺服軸最多18軸,主軸最多9軸,位置迴路軟體伺服控制,具有全數位C/S主軸控制、正主軸/副主軸車銑複合加工控制、雙主軸同期控制、虛擬Y軸控制、高速高精度切削機能、剛性攻牙機能、軟體PLC、開放式人機介面、雙系統控制、等待M碼,主軸交換控制、同動加工、混合控制、重疊加工。

技術特色

以開放式全數位工業通訊控制為基礎,研發多系統車銑複合控制器,可應用於高階三刀塔之機型。採用先進軟體伺服運動控制技術進行開發,無需運動控制軸卡,具備可靠度高,擴充彈性大。系統可支援多路徑控制,滿足車床到多系統車銑複合控制的擴充需求

應用範圍

車床及多系統車銑複合加工機(控制軸數可由4軸至15軸,可控制系統數最大可支援三系統),可支援之構型為車銑複合加工機、雙主軸車銑複合加工機、雙主軸雙刀軸車銑複合加工機、立式車床、五軸同動B軸控制車銑複合加工機、多系統走心式車銑複合加工機,及各式相關之加工機與產業機械。

接受技術者具備基礎建議(設備)

雙核心工業電腦(:ATOM D2550),觸控螢幕、操作面板、IO卡,XP embedded、INtime即時控制軟體、支援EtherCAT之馬達和設備。

需具備有加工應用技術之命令解譯、運動控制、人機介面開發人員。
