技術簡介

雙系統3D快速切削路徑模擬,模擬雙路徑之車銑複合加工切削,並檢查是否有干涉發生,以供加工人員在加工前進行刀具設置及工件程式之正確性。

Abstract

Dual-system 3D fast cutting path simulation technique can simulate dual path turning-milling complex machining, check the interference phenomenon is exist or not. Providing a solution for users to make sure the correctness of tools setting and NC codes.

技術特色

雙系統快速切削路徑模擬,可針對雙刀塔雙主軸等車銑複合加工機,利用3D模型及模擬執行工件程式,其中包含直線軸(X1、Y1、Z1、X2、Z2、B2)、旋轉軸(C1、C2)、刀塔(Turret0、Turret1)、主軸(TSpindle0、TSpindle1)等運動軸定義,其切削模擬處理速度最快可達500單節/sec。
