技術簡介

開放平台通訊統一架構(OPC UA)是現今工業4.0自動化的 通訊標準，具有資料交換的安全性、可信賴性、以及跨多 種平台等效益，亦可適用於機器人通訊。德國機械設備製 造業協會VDMA今年六月於AUTOMATICA發佈機器人資訊模 型，此資訊模型是建立在OPC UA的通訊架構之下。藉此機 會依循此標準設計屬於台灣產業之機器人資訊模型。

Abstract

The Open Platform Communication Unified Architecture (OPC UA) is the standard for industry 4.0 communication. With the benefits of safety, reliability and cross- platform communication protocol which is suitable for robotic communication. German Industry Standard Association VDMA has announced robotic information model under the framework of OPC UA at AUTOMATICA in June 2018. This is a good opportunity to follow this standard to design information model that suits for Taiwan’s industry.

技術規格

此資訊模型是建立在OPC UA通訊架構之下，內容則是參照 德國VDMA所訂定之資訊模型，並邀集國內控制器廠商依照 實際需求共同討論所制定之標準。

Technical Specification

This information model is based on the framework of OPC UA protocol. The contents are referred to the draft robotic information model which announced by German Industry Standards Association VDMA. Furthermore, we lay down this information model by real demands and discussion with many companies who focus on robotic controller.
