技術名稱: 數位化製程自主補償技術

技術簡介

建立一套具有加工誤差傳遞分析技術、治具誤差源檢測、主軸振動監測的多重感測訊號接收平台,可記錄控制器參數與加工感測資料,並開發感測資料解析工具,可依不同工序建立機台加工參數與動態訊號之關聯紀錄,改善加工誤差的現象,提升加工品質與速度

Abstract

A set of multi-sensing signal receiving platform with machining error transmission analysis , fixture error compensation, spindle vibration monitoring technology, recordable controller parameters and processing sensing data, and develop sensing data analysis tools. According to different machine processing parameters and dynamic signals associated records, to improve the machining error, quality and speed.

技術規格

工件的加工誤差傳遞模型的分析與治具誤差源檢測技術,治具姿態精度預測可達0.05mm,準確率90%。16通道訊號輸入/輸出組合應用。支援.NET Framework開發環境

技術特色

1.治具誤差源檢測與回饋技術:後端檢測機台連線/離線即時線上治具誤差檢測,提供加工者修正誤差 2.主軸振動監測技術:線上即時檢測加工機主軸的振動/加工噪音參數並記錄於資料庫/FILE中,已利後續分析與加工警示 3.加工動態參數記錄 :建立批量加工時的異常檢測資訊,與線上警戒檢測功能
