技術名稱: 控制視覺化設計平台技術

技術簡介

以功能模塊(function block)為基礎的分散式控制設計及模擬軟體平台。此控制模式應用於自製控制器PI Box;以系統觀點進行控制系統設計,取代傳統每個控制器個別設計再進行整合的流程

Abstract

A distributed control system design platform based on the function blocks. The control pattern applied on self-design control, i.e. PI Box. The design flow is based on the entire system instead of developing in each controller and doing the integration.

技術規格

軟體平台內建超過26種基本功能模塊,支援三種程式語言,Modbus Gateway可架接各種軟硬體裝置,具Class 0至Class 2控制器間通訊能力

Technical Specification

Built-in more than 26 basic function blocks. Supported 3 programming languages (Structured Text, Visual Basic, and C++). Modbus Gateway provided Class 0 to Class 2 communication capability with controllers.

技術特色

軟體平台架構完成,並已建立符合IEC61499分散式標準的功能模塊。可運用控制器PI Box與各式加工設備結合,進行分散式控制的改裝。同時也可以針對尚未符合標準的控制器進行系統設計,開發嵌入式Modbus Gateway,可將控制器與設計平台間進行雙向資訊交握
