技術名稱: 智能化關鍵模組感知與維護技術

技術簡介

本技術整合專家實務經驗及機器學習演算法於振動及電氣 訊號的自動化分析,建立迴轉機械及其關鍵模組的預測維 護技術及軟體,主要功能包括健康狀態監測、健康趨勢預 測、故障診斷等,可廣泛應用於監測、預測、診斷機械設 備之健康狀態,進而減少無預期或不必要的停機損失、趨 近零停機。

Abstract

This technology utilizes domain knowledges and experiences as well as machine learning algorithms for the analysis of vibration and electrical signals, and constructed the Prognosis Monitoring System software for rotary machineries and their key components, whose main functions include health status monitoring, health trend prediction, and fault diagnosis. The technology are designed to realize intelligent predictive maintenance, thereby reducing unplanned or unnecessary downtime.

技術規格

健康度指標平均可靠度90%以上,趨勢預測平均誤差MAPE 20%以下,故障診斷平均準確率85%以上。

Technical Specification

The health indicator has a reliability of 90%, the MAPE of trend prediction is less than 20%, while the fault diagnosis has an accuracy of 85%.

技術特色

本技術藉由三大核心功能達成監測即時化、維護預測化、診斷智能化,包含1)健康狀態監測,可建立健康度指標以即時、快速 掌握設備健康狀態,2)健康趨勢預測,預測健康度指標衰退趨勢,減少不必要的停機維護時間,以及3)故障診斷,準確鑑別零 組件故障類型,減少維護所需時間。

適用於各產業迴轉機械設備如各式馬達、泵浦、齒輪箱、主軸等之監測分析。
