技術名稱: 3D樣貌尺寸品質檢測技術

技術簡介

本技術使用非接觸式3D立體感測模組建構工件之3D外型樣 貌。透過軟體功能進行工件外觀之自動化檢測。

Abstract

The technology uses a non-contact 3D sensing module to construct the 3D appearance of the workpiece. Then through the software to process automated inspection.

技術特色

本技術透過三維網格生成演算法處理點雲資料,而後經由點雲比對與分析技術進行工件自動化品質檢測,可解決人工或接觸式 檢/量測耗時問題,協助廠商建置加工線上即時檢測系統,達成產品全檢與提升良率。

應用範圍

可應用於相關零組件製造生產線上進行線上產品品質檢測。
