技術名稱: 多軸馬達設計與驅控技術

技術簡介

一種三軸自由度音圈馬達設計技術,搭配抑制振動控制演算法,已開發一款成品對應1千萬畫素以上手機單鏡頭相機模組,為全球最薄;另一款兩軸音圈馬達行程達1mm,具備廣泛用途。

Abstract

The 3-axial degree freedom of voice coil motor(VCM) technology with the vibrated compensation control algorithm had produce OL VCM for more than 10mega-pixels cell phone CCM, thinness in the world, another is the 2-axial OIS VCM platform, which can demo >1mm stroke, and widely applications.

1.開?路控制光學防手振音圈馬達: 行程±100μm,頻率1~10Hz, 總厚度3.0mm 2.兩軸音圈馬達平台: 行程±1,000μm ,可搭載現有AF相機模組 3.驅動控制補償電路: 共接式音圈馬達半橋式驅動電路,具三通道獨立驅動控制結構設計,整合InvenSense ICG20660 Gyro sensor與servo-damping功能

1. OL OIS VCM: stroke ±100μm, frequency range 1~10Hz, motor thickness 3.0mm 2. 2-axial OIS VCM platform: stroke ±1,000μm, integrate with an AF CCM 3. Compensation / control driver circuit: The Half-bridge drive circuit for common-mode VCM, 3-channels independent driving, integrated with InvenSense ICG20660 Gyro sensor and servo-damping function

技術特色

創新的多軸主動抑振音圈馬達技術以微致動器數位平台為基礎,已開發的一款音圈馬達具備力量大、偏擺角小與全球最薄機種(總厚度3.0mm)。搭配抑振演算法控制技術可達32dB以上壓縮比;另一款大行程馬達可直接搭載現有AF模組變成OIS相機。

智慧型手機、自拍無人機、行動相機、車用相機等。
