透過運用尺寸鏈與公差堆疊原理，提供加工製程之尺寸公 差分析，將原本複雜惱人且仰賴經驗的加工規劃程序簡 化，降低製造失誤風險、提升產品良率與品質。

Abstract

The technique provides tolerance analysis applicable around product manufacturing cycle by applying the principle of dimensional chain and tolerance stacking analysis, simplifying the complicated and relying on the experience of process planning, reducing the risk of manufacturing errors and improving the yield and quality of products.

提供5組主要功能模組，包含：加工公差設定合理性分析、 自動公差回饋建議與超差警示、機台與成本分析、加工誤 差趨勢分析、製程能力(Cpk)分析。
