技術名稱: 橡塑膠設備聯網應用技術

技術簡介

運用OPC UA通訊協定建立EUROMAP資訊模型,以智慧機上 盒形式與射出機連接,並能與雲端MES系統嫁接,能以國 際標準傳輸數據進行製程分析。

Abstract

The OPC UA communication protocol and EUROMAP information model was applied. This technology can apply to the injection molding machine connection as a Smart Machine Box. The SMB can network with the cloud MES system with international standards to transferring data for process analysis.

技術規格

連線協定符合成為 IEC 62541國際標準(OPC UA),並能 以EUROMAP77/83射出機資序模型進行對外傳輸。

Technical Specification

The protocol is followed to the international standard IEC 62541 (OPC UA). The data can be transmitted according to the information model EUROMAP77/83 for injection molding machine.

技術特色

本技術具有特點包含:符合國際通訊協定OPC UA;符合國際資訊模型標準EUROMAP77/83;可建置於機上盒,小型化(GNU ARM Embedded Linux);具可發展性,易於採集製程資料結合後端應用服務。
