技術名稱: 汽車零組件加工製程評分最佳化技術

技術簡介

透過設備擷取沖床控制器、感測器參數,找出影響評分條 件變因,利用智慧決策判斷,自適應調整權重分配,不讓 總分受到權重大的因子牽制,利用可視化及易懂的評分數 據,改善加工品質及效率。

Abstract

Through the equipment to capture the parameters of the stamping controller and sensor, to find out the factors affecting the scoring conditions, use intelligent decision-making judgment, adaptively adjust the weight distribution, do not let the total score be subject to the weight factor, and use the visual and easy-to-understand score. Data to improve processing quality and efficiency.
