技術名稱: OCT膚質影像模型

技術簡介

工研院開發出「手持式膚質檢測系統平台」,結合了非侵入式、即時檢測、方便操作的「高階光學影像儀器」、自動化電腦輔助分析軟體、以及皮膚斷層影像資料庫,可以即時呈現皮膚組織的斷層結構、清楚了解真皮層厚度、以及真皮層內的膠原蛋白含量、毛細孔大小,真-表皮界線,並且精確評估整體膚質狀況。目前正著手產業化的推動工作,並且已經開始進行市場測試,可望能成為醫美及化妝保養品業者的利器。

Abstract

ITRI has developed a HSQ-OCT system that integrates a non-invasive, real-time and easily operated optical imaging instrument, an automated analysis algorithm and a skin OCT image database. HSQ-OCT system reveals skin tomography images which includes dermal thickness, collagen contents, pore sizes as well as dermal-epidermal junction(DEJ) and it can precisely evaluate skin quality in real time. Currently, considerable efforts have been devoted to promote the industrialization of HSQ-OCT and market testing has been initiated. We believe that HSQ-OCT promises a great potential of becoming a novel tool for the cosmetics and skincare industry.

全球首創結合膚質演算法之手持式OCT系統,成功整合國內ICT產業能量,把昂貴且須仰賴進口之關鍵組件國產化,掌握關鍵核心技術.小型化探頭設計結合獨創抗手震技術,使用輕巧方便,便於不同場域使用,具有單手操作、即時成像,快速掌握膚質各項資訊.機台通過IEC60825-1、IEC60601-1 、IEC60601-1-2等安規認證並完成240例人體試驗.本技術榮獲國際獎項,R&D100入圍,也獲得國家新創獎之學研新創獎與最佳產業效益獎。
