技術名稱: 應用體學技術評估候選藥物於治療乾癬之作用機轉

技術簡介

為輔助乾癬外用型新藥的開發,我們應用體學(Omics)分析平台,對潛力素材(PTP323)之潛在藥理機轉進行分析。這些分析結果顯示,PTB323能夠調控許多乾癬疾病相關基因的表現,進而達到緩解免疫細胞之過活化的功效。這些機制可能主導了PTB323的藥物活性,可供往後研究參考。

Abstract

To facilitate the development of new drugs for topical treatment of psoriasis, we uses omics approaches to analyze the potential pharmacological mechanisms of potential material (PTP323). The results suggest that PTB323 may regulate the expression of many psoriasis- related gene and further ameliorate the hyper-activation of specific immune cell types during psoriasis. These proposed mechanisms may dominate the pharmaceutical activity of PTB323 and provide reference for our future study.
