Cell isolation, culturing, cryopreservation, and thawing technology for human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells

技術規格

由50至250ml的骨髓，可分離出間質幹細胞MSC，並以ISCT2006公布的定義分析cell marker CD105,73,90>95%,CD45,34<2%,且具osteoblasts,adipocytes,chondrocytes的分化能力

Technical Specification

Technology for isolation, culturing and cryopreservation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) from 50~250ml bone marrow. These cells expressed high level of cell marker CD105,73,90(>95%) and very low CD45,34 (<2%). In addition these cells can differentiated into tri-lineage: osteoblasts, adipocytes and chondrocytes.

技術特色

由骨髓組織分離、培養、凍存、解凍與鑑定人類間質幹細胞之技術，已於一般實驗室，由年輕捐贈者之骨髓組織施行過此技術，MSC細胞至少可以培養5個繼代。以ISCT2006公布的定義分析cell marker CD105,73,90>95%,CD45,34<2%,且具osteoblasts,adipocytes,chondrocytes的分化能力，顯示為MSC細胞。

應用範圍

由骨髓組織取得人類間質幹細胞，作為後續生醫相關技術開發之細胞來源。
