技術名稱: 細胞培養監控模組開發技術

技術簡介

本技術提供一個模組化的細胞影像監控系統及細胞影像計數軟體,能整合於細胞培養設備中使用,以達到自動化、智能化的細胞培養過程

Abstract

The technology provides a cell image monitoring module and cells counting software, which can be integrated into a cell culturing device for automated and intelligent cell-culturing process.

● 4X物鏡、500萬畫素、Phase Contrast照明/成像模式 ● 影像視野範圍≧3mm*3mm ● 影像分析程式:Java語言、C++語言

技術特色

目前已開發雛形品並整合於智能化細胞培養設備中,此技術未來也能依據客戶需求進行客製化開發,或者開發成單機型儀器。

應用範圍

● 可安裝於細胞培養設備中進行細胞培養的觀察與計數 ● 可開發成單機型的細胞計數儀器

● Windows 7/8/10 ● CPU:800 MHz Pentium III or Athlon, or better ● RAM:2 GB or more

接受技術者具備基礎建議(專業)

● 需具備光學模擬、光機系統設計經驗 ● 需Java語言或C語言程式撰寫經驗
