技術名稱: 雷射大面積表面微結構掃描加工技術

技術簡介

雷射誘發週期表面微結構因使用的雷射能量低,成型速度快,為近期備受矚目的技術。建置快速掃描表面微結構掃描加工模組,透過雷射在材料表面快速掃描,迅速產生雷射誘發結構,同時建立雷射能量監測系統,已穩定雷射誘發結構的生成品質。

Abstract

Laser induced periodic surface structure (LIPSS) using low fluence and rapid forming is attended. In this report, a laser scanning module is built for the LIPSS process which induced the micro or nanostructure rapidly on the material. At the same time, a laser energy monitoring system is established to stabilize generation quality of the laser-induced structure.
