技術名稱: 區域配電管理系統技術

技術簡介

為實現降低用戶尖峰時段用電,本技術提出一最佳化自動排程技術,利用調節儲能系統,達成負載削峰填谷之功效。此外,由於再生能源出力變化會受氣候條件影響出力,當劇烈變化時易影響系統電壓甚至頻率,故此技術主要利用調控儲能,以穩定再生能源輸出功率目標。

Abstract

An automatic optimized scheduling technology had been proposed to reduce the demand during the peak hours. The energy storage system was implemented to regulate the load profile at the better time period. In addition, the intermittent output power of renewable energy may bring system voltage and even frequency out of standard range. The proposed technology can integrate the energy storage system and PV to stabilize the target output power of renewable energy.

技術規格

負載削峰填谷:降低最大需量> 5%。穩定再生能源輸出功率: 功率控制MAPE ? 15% 。(上述指標數值皆為工研院南分院實場測試驗證成果,電壓等級:380V, 太陽光電:410kW, 儲能系統:500kW/1MWh, 尖峰負載<700kW)。

1.技術已具備實場功能測試驗證階段。 2.最佳化自動排程技術,可利用外部輸入的負載/再生能源資訊,有效實現負載削峰填谷之功效。 3.系統資料紀錄及設備操作時間刻度可達10秒以內。 4.具有多階層的系統/設備保護邏輯,可增添系統/設備於正常運轉條件下的操作安全。
