技術名稱: 機器人荷重適應性技術

技術簡介

機器人控制器(eMIO)透過神經網路學習技術,自動適應不同荷重變化。(手臂荷重在10%~80%,驗證用手臂為AR605/AR607)

Abstract

The robot controller (eMIO) can automatically adapt to different load by neural network learning technology. (Robot load is 10%~80%, verification robot is AR605/AR607)

1.適用於具開放式控制器架構之6軸關節式機器人 2.定點精度<0.25 mm@手臂荷重變化在10%~80% 3.驗證用手臂為AR605/AR607

技術特色

(1)依照ISO 9283的測試標準。 (2)針對機器手臂在不同負載條件下而產生的誤差,進行各公斤數個別的誤差蒐集,建立神經網路之模型補償預測。
