技術名稱: AI紋理瑕疵檢測與分級技術

技術簡介

本技術是將AI技術為基礎之演算法應用於紋理影像瑕疵檢測並以該技術進行分級或分類,主要針對傳統AOI難以辨識或檢測之非一致性紋路瑕疵,可針對複雜紋理進行≦ 5種類分級,在二維紋理分析速度高達20FPS,而三維含硬體掃描速度可控制於9秒內完成。該相關技術已申請專利於台灣、美國、中國大陸等地。

Abstract

This technique uses AI based algorithms to inspect and classify textured surfaces. Traditional AOI equipment is hard to identify or inspect non-uniform textures. The main purpose of this technique is to classify complex textures under five categories. The 2D texture analyzed speed is up to 20 fps and the 3D texture analyzed speed included scanning objects is under 9 seconds. This technique has applied for patents in Taiwan, the United States, and mainland China.

技術特色

利用AI深度學習技術解決傳統AOI難以辨識或檢測之非一致性紋路瑕疵,可使用2D影像或3D數據資料,可獨立設計為系統或加值於AOI檢測系統上,使用彈性高。
