技術簡介

開發自主學習式研拋機器人技術,以多重感測系統(聲音、力量、工件位置與尺寸等)資料學習,以預測研磨品質及砂帶磨耗狀況,解決10%尺寸變異之問題。

Abstract

Develop self-learning grinding and = polishing robot technology, learn data from multiple sensing systems (sound, force, workpiece position and size, etc.) to predict grinding quality and belt wear and solve the problem of 10% dimensional variation.

1. 研磨加工覆蓋率>95% 2. 離線編程路徑產生時間<1小時 3. 拋光後表面粗度<1 um
