技術名稱: 智能連線模組

技術簡介

智能連線模組為一獨立執行運作之嵌入式裝置,透過智慧機上盒本身之硬體連接介面與軟體處理模組,可使無法連網設備之機台生產資訊聯網,將生產狀態透過可視化技術回饋,使無法連網之設備具生產資訊可視化功能,以利產線最高效能運作,隨時維持設備妥善率,可達製程即時回饋之虛實整合製造。

Abstract

The Smart IoT Module is an embedded device that performs operations independently. Through its hardware connection interface and software processing module of the Smart Box, the production information of the network-unable equipment can be networked and the production status can be visualized. Smart Box also can let production status feedbacked as information visualization capabilities, to facilitate equipment keeping at the highest efficiency of the production line operation

技術特色

智能連線模組具備低廉的成本、裝設與操作簡易(I/O接點+網路線安裝+網頁化設定),裝設完成即可聯網傳送資料的優勢;並因直接量測製程數據,可不受控制器連線的侷限。應用情境適用於多數的傳統生產設備,能用相近模式進行製程數據存取並加以應用。
