技術簡介

國產三自由度油壓吊臂掃刷模組，並相容於現行車輛座艙下方固定架。吊臂採用兩組油壓伸縮缸提供上下調整與左右開合動作，吊臂末端掃刷以油壓馬達驅動旋轉。雛型吊臂提起時長(根部到掃刷中心)約0.67m/垂下時約0.64m，利於在較窄空間操作，在實車上測試顯示吊臂可在負載80kg掃刷時進行正常上下調整與左右開合動作。

Abstract

Taiwan made 3-DOF hydralic arm is compatible with existing cleaner truck lower front chasis mount. The arm uses 2 hydralic prismatic cyclinder to provide vertical and horizontal rotation. The sweeper brush at the end of the arm is driven by a hydralic motor. The arm reach is larger than 0.6 m and can be operated in small narrow spaces. The arm payload is 80 kg and can lift up most of the compatible brushes.
