技術簡介

建立高功率伺服直驅馬達設計流程,採用高效率與高功率密度設計,符合沖床大扭力及高速暫態需求,具沖床實機性能驗證。

Abstract

Establishing high-power servo direct drive motor design process, adopting high efficiency and high power density design, meet the demand of the punching high torque and high speed transient response, and verify the performance of motor in punching machine

功率185kW,額定轉速1,800rpm,最高轉速2,500rpm,額定扭力1010Nm,最大扭力1515Nm;頓轉扭矩≦ 4 %額定轉矩

技術特色

1.採用高效率電磁設計技術 2.採用NdFeB稀土磁鐵,符合高功率密度需求,縮小馬達體積。 3.185kW,沖床金屬成型機用。
