技術名稱: 網域型多系統快速模擬平台

技術簡介

本技術為CNC控制器加值軟體,可在網域端進行實際加工前預先模擬加工運行與工時估算,早期發現干涉情形,或由加工路徑協助判斷以減少產生錯誤並協助製造排程。

Abstract

The technique is regarded as an add-value software of the CNC controller. The platform can simulate the machining operation and cycle time estimation before the actual processing, and find the interference situation early, or assist the judgment by the processing path to reduce the error and assist the manufacturing schedule.

本模組採App模組建構於網域端平台並連結於工研院CNC控制器,大幅減少開發時程,廠商可依使用設備環境現地客製化人機介面,可讓廠商更新修改以符合其機台特色。
