技術名稱: 虛擬感測器建模與預知保養技術

技術簡介

導入虛擬感測器概念並完成智能化關鍵模組建模,提供目標載具物理量虛實可視化之功能,並透過機器學習演算法的導入,可最佳化運算並自動訓練演算各實體物理分布,進而即時回授狀態且用較少的感測資訊求得準確及整體完整的信息,進而使工具機能透過預知維護來減少不必要的停機損失。

Abstract

We provide the Cyber-Physical System Visualization by the virtual sensor technology and virtual modeling technology .The physical data can be optimized and distributed by the machine learning algorithm automatically trained. Instant feedback status and use less sensor to obtain accurate and complete information on the cyber model, thus enabling the machine through predictive maintenance to reduce unnecessary downtime losses.
