負載響應調變技術可依據使用者定義的加工條件,調整適當的加速度參數,提升加工效率。

Abstract

Tuning Parameter Technology for Loading Response is based on the user‘s processing conditions. The acceleration parameters are optimally adjusted. Improve processing efficiency.

對應實體載具針對不同負載重量之工件,進行加速度調整,調整誤差<10%

Technical Specification

Machine tool places different workpieces. Acceleration parameters are adjusted according to different weights. Acceleration error <10%.

技術特色

工具機在半閉迴路系統搭配負載響應調變技術,可預測全閉迴路動態的效果(光學尺回授)。
