技術簡介

透過控制器擷取資料,並利用力學分析建立主軸負載門檻,隨時監控刀具狀況,使刀具使用率最佳化。

Abstract

A tool status monitoring system. Use physical analysis to calculate the spindle load threshold. Monitor the tool condition at any time and optimize tool usage rate.

可擷取資料:刀具移動路徑、主軸轉速、主軸負載 資料取樣間隔:1毫秒

技術特色

可直接從控制器擷取資料,確保資料的正確性;且不需停機即可藉由主軸負載的變化量,隨時監控刀具狀況
