技術名稱: CPS製程減振治具與優化系統

技術簡介

近年來,電子產品、航太產業等朝向少量多樣化之生產模式,其產品結構也愈趨於輕薄化,但輕薄工件加工困難,因此必須透過科學化的加工預測方法改善製程,並有效提升加工效率與產品品質,為國內製造業邁向下一世代的關鍵技術。本技術開發切削製程模擬與最佳化技術,包含金屬薄件製程主動式減振夾具、控制方法以及製程優化CPS整合系統,透過含有感測器的製程夾具使產線上的硬體設備條件的重現性提高,使製程模擬與優化技術得以在產線上實現。本文內容係針對上述切削製程模擬與最佳化所做之技術結案報告,以及產業應用。

Abstract

In recent years, the electronic products and aerospace productions toward diversification and small amount. It also become more lightly and thin, but not easy for machining. The scientific process prediction methods are needed to improve the process. The analysis and simulation of machining processes and improve the processing efficiency and quality for manufacturing into the technology through next generation. This project plans the development manufacturing process simulation and optimization technology. The active-damped clamping device, control system and CPS system of process optimization are included in the project. By sensing dynamics with the process device, the reproducibility of clamping conditions of the workpiece on production line can be increased, and the simulations and optimized predictions can also be achieved. The final report is to propose the manufacturing process simulation and optimization technology with the CPS clamping system that mentioned above.

技術規格

包含致動器陣列搭配阻尼材料半圓球、非接觸式響應感測器以及夾具結構。系統透過虎鉗進行初步工件穩定夾持並鎖固於虎鉗上,且由夾具上控制系統、驅動裝置及阻尼材料調整工件的邊界條件,包含夾持力與系統阻尼,工件動態特性響應最大可降低81%,穩態區域面積可提升50%以上。

Technical Specification

Including actuator matrix with damping material, non-contact response sensors and clamping structures, the system can make the machined workpiece become stable and also fixed at the vice. The maximum amplitude of the workpiece vibration response would be decreased 81% and the stability lobe area might also be increased over 50% by changing boundary conditions the control system, active equipment and damping material.
