技術名稱: 除濕加強型空調箱設計技術

技術簡介

運用顯熱潛熱分離處理的概念,對一空調箱進行改造加強其除濕能力。此除濕加強型空調箱負責室內大部分潛熱負荷,顯熱則交由風機盤管或其他空調箱處理。因此能夠提高冰水溫度並節省冰水主機耗電,且維持除濕能力。

Abstract

Using the concept of decoupling sensible and latent loads, an air handling unit is modified to enhance its dehumidification capacity. This enhanced dehumidification air handling unit is responsible for most latent cooling loads in the building, and the sensible cooling loads are handled by fan coil units or other air handling units. Therefore, the chilled water temperature can be increased, the chiller power consumption can be saved, and the dehumidification capability can be maintained.

技術規格

在空調箱進氣乾球溫度28.0°C,相對濕度75%的情況下,冰水溫度可提高到12°C以上,並達到空調箱顯熱比0.40以下,出風絕對濕度12g/kg以下。

Technical Specification

When the temperature and the humidity of the inlet air are 28.0°C, chilled water temperature could be increased above 12 °C, sensible heat ratio could reach below 0.40, and the absolute humidity of supply air could be below 12g/kg.

技術特色

近年來冰水主機出水溫度多被提高以節能,造成除濕能力下降,室內濕度偏高的問題。本技術透過運用環繞熱管(Wrap around heat pipe)等技術,提高空調箱除濕能力,達到提高冰水溫度以節能,且維持室內濕度的效果。
