技術名稱: 一種水氣吸附材料

技術簡介

本發明提供一種多孔金屬有機骨架材料,所述的多孔材料含有至少一種雙齒有機化合物且與至少一種金屬離子配位,其中的至少一種金屬離子為鋁金屬鹽類,而至少一種雙齒有機化合物為3,5-?啶二羧酸。本發明所述多孔金屬有機骨架材料同時具備可低溫脫附、於低濕環境仍具有高水氣吸附率之特性,此類吸附材料具有相當大的潛力應用於吸附式乾燥設備。

Abstract

The present invention provides a porous metal organic framework comprising at least one bidentate organic compound derived from 3,5-pyridinedicarboxylic acid coordinated to at least one metal ion based on an aluminum ion. The porous metal organic framework described here can be used in water vapor adsorption. They possess high water uptake capacity under low humidity and low temperature regeneration, revealing the great potential application in adsorption dryers.

技術規格

本研究製備之吸附材料以低溫80°C / 30 min之條件脫附後,於低濕25°C / 30% RH與高濕25°C / 80% RH之條件吸附,分別可獲得約33 wt%與35 wt%的水氣吸附率,顯示其同時具備可低溫脫附、於低濕環境仍具有高水氣吸附率之特性。

Technical Specification

This research studied porous adsorbent materials with high water uptake capacities 33 wt% and 35 wt% under 25°C / 30% RH and 25°C / 80% RH, respectively, after desorption at 80°C for 30 minutes. They possess high water uptake capacity under low humidity and low temperature regeneration.
