技術名稱: 120W磁浮泵技術

技術簡介

單一驅控單元實現永磁馬達驅控和磁浮軸承懸浮功能,讓泵單元展現體積緊湊化。磁浮軸承無接觸、無磨耗、無需潤滑油達到無軸封的磁浮泵架構的優點,可廣泛應用在半導體、高純度、生物科技、奈米流體或食品等相關特殊液體輸送。

Abstract

The single drive control unit achieves permanent magnet motor drive and magnetic bearing suspension, allowing the pump unit to show compact size. The advantages of no contact, no wear and no lubrication help magnetic levitation pump to achieve a outstanding structure without the shaft seal. Therefore,it can be widely utilized in the transportation of related specific liquid in the fields of semiconductor, high purity, biotechnology, nanofluids or food.
