技術名稱: 二氧化碳再利用生產輕質碳酸鈣

技術簡介

輕質碳酸鈣為造紙、橡膠、塑膠、塗料等產業重要的原料。本技術是利用CO2碳酸化原理生產輕質碳酸鈣,利用超重力旋轉盤反應器,以氧化鈣與二氧化碳為原料,在不含添加劑的情況下,利用不同的操作條件,以連續式生產可製備不同晶貌之碳酸鈣。本技術強調不添加任何添加劑而改變碳酸鈣晶貌,因此不會影響到碳酸鈣產品之純度,除此之外,可以連續式生產,且操作簡單、成本低。

Abstract

The light calcium carbonate is important raw materials for industry such as papermaking, rubber, plastics and paint manufactory. This technology is to utilize the principle of CO2 carbonation to produce light calcium carbonate, employ calcium oxide and CO2 as raw materials with rotating packed bed reactor in the different conditions that include no additive, conditions of operation control to continuous produce different crystal form calcium carbonate. This technology emphasis on doesn’t adding any additive, it so will not influence purity of calcium carbonate. In addition to, it can continuous production, easy to operate and low cost.

技術規格

1.氣液反應中,液相的配置是將氧化鈣與水進行水合反應後之氫氧化鈣漿液,不包含任何添加劑。2.液相之氧化鈣濃度為0.01~5g/L,液體流量為0.1~1 L/min。3.氣相使用二氧化碳,濃度為10~100%,氣體流量為0.2~1 L/min,可得到奈米鍊狀碳酸鈣。4.氣相使用二氧化碳,濃度為10~100%,氣體流量為1.3~2.8 L/min,可得到針狀碳酸鈣。5.使用超重力旋轉盤反應器,其轉速為1000~5000rpm(轉盤半徑5cm以上)。

Technical Specification

1.In the gas liquid reaction the first step to prepare Ca(OH)2 slurry and no additive. 2. In the liquid phase the CaO concentration range:0.01~5g/L, liquid flow rate range:0.1~1L/min. 3. The gas phase use CO2, the concentration range 10~100%, gas flow rate range:0.2~1L/min, obtain chain shape calcium carbonate of nanometer particles. 4. The gas phase use CO2, the concentration range:10~100%, gas flow rate range:1.3~2.8L/min, obtain needle shape calcium carbonate. 5. To use rotating packed bed reactor, the rotation rate range:1000~5000rpm (the radius of rotating plate more than 5cm)

技術特色

1.使用超重力旋轉盤反應器來製備碳酸鈣微粒,其操作簡單、可連續操作;且與傳統攪拌槽相比,可製備出之粒子大小較為均一。 2.在不改變反應器的式樣下,僅改變其操作方法與條件,以氧化鈣與二氧化碳製備不同晶貌之碳酸鈣顆粒。 3.產物不含任何添加劑,因此純度高。

應用範圍

1.碳酸鈣是工業上使用量最大的無機材料,其廣泛應用於橡膠、塑膠、造紙、塗料等行業。 2.碳酸化CO2再利用技術為自發反應,可將含鈣、鎂等礦碴、製鋼爐碴、建築廢棄物、汙泥等,轉化成高價值之建築材料,具有極大的市場潛力與循環經濟價值。
