技術名稱: 有氧間歇運動偵測與記錄引擎V.1

技術簡介

(1)間歇運動Protocol原則: 慢速和快速運動交替進行 運動可隨節奏(快慢速交替),進行動作交替 (2)間歇運動類型:間歇騎行運動ICT、間歇步行運動IWT、高強度間歇運動HIIT及有氧間歇運動AIT (3)偵測與記錄引擎:可透過簡易常用慣性(或心率)感測裝置,經運動強度分級演算引擎,用以偵測紀錄使用者執行有氧間歇運動之成效及遵從性。

Abstract

Interval training protocol principle: (1)Iterative slow/fast tempo coaching during exercise (2)Interval training type: Interval cycling training (ICT), Interval walking training (IWT), High intensity interval training (HIIT), Aerobic interval training (AIT) (3)Detection and record engine: Using simple and normal inertial (or heart rate) sensing device can be detected and recorded user’s performance and compliance during aerobic interval training exercise by the exercise intensity level detection algorithm engine
